We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Project Manager to be a key player in expanding our clients team and delivering exciting ventures.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our clients Senior Management team, gaining their support and trust to be actively involved in diverse business development initiatives. These projects encompass city center high-rise façade remediation works, new build retail and industrial units, Cat A & Cat B office fitouts, high-end residential amenity space fitouts, and complex lab fitouts.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

  • End-to-end project management of large-scale commercial projects, including preparing reports, tenders/bids, and coordinating with internal and external contractors.
  • Represent our client and contribute to the growth of their project management team across various sectors, including industrial, office, and hospitality.
  • Collaborate effectively with existing Associates and Director leads to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Cultivate a strong, dynamic team in their Manchester office through social and professional engagement.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager

  • Beneficial experience in Project Management across a range of commercial sectors.
  • Advantageous knowledge of the local North-West market or based in the area.
  • MRICS, APM, or a desire to work towards obtaining these qualifications in the future.
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to take the lead on Project Management instructions, confidently engaging with clients and making an immediate impact.

On offer for the Senior Project Manager

  • Basic salary of between £50,000 - £60,000
  • 5% employers pension
