ATTRACTING CANDIDATES

We will initially work with you to completely understand the requirements and can assist in helping create the role profile if required.
We would use a combination of methods to attract the right candidates. These approaches will include;-

  • Referrals from existing clients and candidates based on strong relationships our consultants build.
  • Reputation, experience and strong market knowledge of all of our consultants.
  • Our comprehensive database and the number of specialist CV databases that we assign to.
  • Advertising that reaches out – all jobs will feature on our website as well as on national and specialist job boards. We also run adverts in specialist and national media and subscribe to a number of enhanced advertising features to ensure that our adverts are highly visible.

ASSESSING CANDIDATES

Candidates will be assessed against the role profile as well as their cultural fit within the organisation. We will screen all CV’s received to create an initial shortlist before going on to the first round of interviews. This stage will obviously include the careful evaluation of each candidate’s background and skills, as well as their overall suitability as a potential employee with your company. Relevant identification and eligibility will also be carried out on all potential candidates.
We will support you with your interview process as appropriate. Regular contact will be maintained with you to update on progress and feedback will be taken from both parties.

SELECTION AND OFFER

We will advise all candidates on the outcome of their application. Our aim is to provide every candidate with an exceptional experience that reflects positively on your company brand. The offer process will be fully managed by us and we will keep both parties updated throughout regarding start dates.
