One of my clients in Manchester is looking to expand their current team by bringing in experienced Project Managers at a Senior level.

They sit as a prominent project management consultancy firm specialising in the delivery of construction projects, offering a range of services including project management, cost management, and consultancy services to clients across various sectors including commercial, residential, retail, and healthcare.

Qualifications

Hold or be pursuing a Project Management Qualification from APM, RICS, or similar institutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in adopting and managing best practice Project Management methodologies.
Possess knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and adeptly deliver these services to clients.
Exhibit the ability to oversee projects throughout their entire lifecycle with a focus on Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

Uphold superior project and programme management standards throughout the duration of the project.
Offer clients knowledgeable advice regarding project expenses, timelines, dangers, and difficulties.
Lead professional teams with a variety of disciplines.
Oversee interactions and communications with stakeholders and clients.
Create thorough monthly reports that include risk assessments, project schedules, and other information.
To improve project productivity, put effective communication tools into practice.
Create delivery strategies, involve stakeholders, and make sure the project's goals are met.
