I joined Conrad Consulting March 2017 to recruit within the Surveying & Project Management market throughout Scotland.
The fact that Conrad Consulting are technical recruitment specialists was the main appeal in joining what is also a very progressive brand.
Within a few months, due to continued success, I was promoted to Senior Consultant and am now referred to by a number of established Property & Construction Consultancies as a preferred recruiter and a specialist within my field.
Dealing with Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Project Managers from Graduates through to Directors on a daily basis is always a pleasure in what is certainly a competitive market. I enjoy finding out insights about the Surveying & Project Management sector by having a developed network within the industry.
My main focus is finding out the client’s needs and placing the right candidate within that role to develop a long standing relationship with both parties.
Outside out of work I enjoy travelling to new countries, walking my German Shephard puppy but you will most probably find me trying to get my golf handicap down to single figures.
