Are you ready to be the Lead Architectural Technician within a medium-sized design studio?
If you've got over 5 years practical experience and you're comfortable using REVIT then we want to hear from you.
The studio is home to a number of talented Architectural professionals from the local Warrington area and across the North-west. Their business has been continuously growing in order to meet an ever-increasing number of repeat end-user clients. Traditionally projects here fall within the Residential, industrial and Assisted-living sectors and in recent years the practice has continued to champion the use of REVIT. This is now their preferred software and as they continue to grow they will expect hires to demonstrate good experience with the software or show willingness to learn quickly.
Their current team is at around 7 member of staff, they require additional experience with a solid technical background to join them and assist with the management of numerous projects and continuous development of the company portfolio.
We are looking for either a Senior Architectural Technician or Senior Architectural Technologist that meets the following criteria:
·To hold a relevant architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND, etc)
·Have a minimum 5 years practical experience.
·Be confident, approachable and well-presented.
·Be able to use REVIT & AutoCAD to a high-standard.
·Have excellent Technical & design skills.
·Have ambitions to grow and thrive within a senior role and undertake various high-level responsibilities.
