As the successful candidate, you will have at least 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within a consultancy environment. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost management, procurement strategies, and contract administration. Additionally, you will oversee a team of surveyors and collaborate with clients to ensure project success.
