Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team of quantity surveyors and overseeing the cost management of a variety of projects within the built environment. You will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in quantity surveying, ideally within a consultancy setting, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Key responsibilities of the role include preparing cost estimates, conducting financial assessments, managing project budgets, and providing strategic advice to clients. You will also be required to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
