We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join a small independent construction consultancy based just outside of Leeds.
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration duties on a range of exciting projects across various sectors. Working closely with senior members of the team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and progress within the company.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, ideally with experience working within a consultancy environment. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. MRICS accreditation is desirable but not essential.
