Our client, a multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in South East London (Eltham) are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects such as, but not limited to, Education, Residential and Regeneration.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Engage with clients, presenting project schemes, managing project programming, and addressing various service delivery concerns.
- Serve as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent across a broad spectrum of construction projects, utilizing standard construction forms.
- Lead the selection and management of the Professional Team while ensuring their performance meets our high standards.
- Conduct site visits, complete comprehensive inspection reports, and disseminate findings.
- Prepare and deliver initial appraisal and feasibility reports, outlining design proposals, and estimating budget costs.
- Generate detailed working drawings and oversee contract administration.
- Manage tenders, perform analysis, and compile comprehensive reports.
- Delegate responsibilities as necessary while maintaining overall accountability for project success.
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager
- A BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management, supported by relevant professional experience.
- Associate membership of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Proven experience in project team leadership.
- While not essential, experience in fire safety is considered a valuable asset.

- Basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
