Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a project bias Senior Building Surveyor to join our well established client based in Soho, London. If this sounds like the position for you, please read on below.
Our Client: An Award winning multi discipline consultancy.
The Opportunity: This role would suit an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who has aspirations to become an Associate in the near future.
Projects: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Defence, Residential and Education.
Company Headcount: 200 - 250
Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Experience of undertaking project bias building surveying i.e. contract admin, managing projects on site, report and specification writing
- Previous healthcare and/or education project experience would be ideal, but not essential
- Excellent client facing skills
