An award-winning multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Norwich are currently seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry and will be working towards chartered status with RICS. You will be responsible for managing costs and budgets for construction projects, as well as preparing tender and contract documents.
You will work closely with clients and the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
