Responsibilities:

• Conducting plumbing repairs and installations in residential properties owned by the housing association.
• Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
• Installing and repairing domestic heating systems.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Requirements:

• Qualified plumber with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Clean driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
