Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working in close partnership with one of the West Midlands largest Architectural practices, seeking a Landscape Architect to join their office in Birmingham city centre.
Having being established for over 30 years, the practice has enjoyed sustainable growth and success since its inception, and is now looking to add to their revered team in Birmingham. This practice delivers a range of services across a variety of disciplines, allowing the successful individual to work alongside experienced architects, interior designers and of course landscape architects, gaining first-hand experience and guidance within a multidisciplinary environment on a variety of challenging and contemporary projects.
As a Landscape Architect in this role, you will be starting out working on a variety of projects predominantly in the Education and Residential sectors, with scope to move in to other areas as the Birmingham office grows. As a minimum, you will ideally hold upwards of 3 years of industry experience and be on your way to (if not already achieved) chartered status.
As a relatively small regional office in Birmingham, you will be working in an environment where everyone pulls their weight. You'll therefore be a Landscape Architect that can work autonomously, but also as part of a well organised and motivated team.
Other requirements of the Landscape Architect are as follows:
- CMLI membership preferable (or working towards)
- Upwards of 3 years of industry experience
- Comfortable in a client facing role
- Qualified to degree level
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, InDesign and Sketchup.
- Strong technical and design skills.
A salary in the region of £30,000-£40,000 will be offered, although this is negotiable dependant on experience. A competitive benefits package will also be provided.
