Our client, a multi-discipline surveying and engineering construction consultancy in Oxford, is currently seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
While Chartered or Associate membership of the RICS is not essential, the candidate should have a strong desire to work towards their APC. The role covers both professional and project related building surveying services across a range of sectors, not including residential. Responsibilities will include conducting surveys, preparing reports, and providing expert advice on a range of building projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
