Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:
?Building Surveys
?Contract Administration
?Preparation of Specifications
?Schedules of work
?Party Wall matters
?Principal Designer duties
?Site inspections
?Attend site meetings across the country
Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
?BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree
?MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
?3+ years post-graduate consultancy experience
?Experience building and managing relationships with existing and new clients
?Proficient in Microsoft software including Word and Excel
?Full UK Driving licence and willing to travel to sites across the country
On offer for the Building Surveyor:
?A starting salary of between £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience
?30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
?9 day fortnight
?5% pension contribution
