Architectural Technologist required to join a large Multi-Disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield.

Our client established over 150 years ago now employ over 80 highly skilled and career motivated staff who all contribute to the delivery of a multitude of design led Commissions predominantly across their core markets which are Retail, Commercial Workplace, Mixed Use Residential and Living Sector Projects. Based in a recently modernised contemporary studio in Sheffield, our client operates nationally and have garnered a reputation for delivering an extensive range of Architectural and Engineering solutions in varying levels of values and complexity.

They now require a talented Architectural Technologist (3-5 years experience ideally) to work on the technical delivery stages of various Industrial, Student Accommodation & Retail projects across the UK. These projects are large scale so we are looking for an individual who has previous job running experience and the ability to support / manage to project through to client handover. These schemes are being designed using BIM with Autodesk REVIT the software being used to produce the design concepts so previous experience of using and delivering schemes using REVIT is essential alongside a working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

-Degree of HNC qualified Architectural Technologist / Technician.
-Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience.
-AutoCAD and Revit experience essential. Knowledge of working on a shared model.
-Student Accommodation experience would be preferable, or some Residential experience.
-Ability to work as part of a Project Delivery team consisting of a 3-4 fellow colleagues.
-Good knowledge of the Building Regulations and technical knowledge for the preparation of drawings at RIBA Stages 3 – 6.
-Ability to use Microsoft Teams for collaborating with the team.

Salary depending on experience £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + Generous Benefits package / flexible working hours.
