Conrad Consulting are currently looking to recruit an Intermediate Architectural REVIT Technologist to join a forward thinking and innovative Architectural practice based in Altrincham.
Due to a significant increase in work-load, the practice are looking to recruit an Intermediate Architectural REVIT Technologist with roughly 2 to 5 years of practice-based experience, on a permanent basis. We will accept applicants with up to 8 or 10 years experience where other criteria is met.
The practice operate in varied design sectors, and have done so successfully for many years, however their current workload falls mostly within the Education, housing and assisted living sectors. An experienced individual that can provide technical expertise is required to hit the ground running and produce working drawing packages to BIM level 2 standard.
To be successful in this position, the following skills and characteristics would be required:
- Extensive UK Building Regulations knowledge.
- To hold a minimum of 2 year practice based experience.
- Possess Architectural Technology degree or equivalent qualification
- Residential sector experience preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- AutoCAD or REVIT fluency. (Training can be provided)
REVIT has been used here for over 10 years and is the preferred software used within the business. AutoCAD is still in use, so experience in either of these packages is essential; training can be provided where necessary.
A highly competitive salary will be on offer to the successful applicant of up to £38k (dependant on experience), alongside a generous benefits package.
