Conrad Consulting are delighted to be presenting an outstanding opportunity for an Architect to join a fast growing, relatively newly established multi-disciplinary practice based in Solihull, West Midlands.
THE PRACTICE
The practice are relatively newly formed having been established for approx. 3 years, in which time they have grown at a fast rate to a team of almost 20, featuring Architects, Project Managers, Surveyors and Builders. Due to further sustainable growth plans, the practice are now looking for an additional Architect to join the team.
The company predominantly specialise in the Residential sector, working on large scale newbuild developments, which they have won several awards for along with making an appearance on TV!
With a solid pipeline of work going forward, the practice are seeking an experienced Architect with Residential experience to join their team in Solihull.
THE ROLE - ARCHITECT
The role on offer here is for an Architect with approx. 2-5 years of post qualification experience, ideally having worked predominantly in the Residential sector. You will be joining a company of 20 talented and hardworking individuals, all seeking to work together and grow the practice substantially over the coming months & years. AutoCAD & Revit experience is a must.
Client facing experience is also a major advantage when applying to this position. A confident, personal manner will see you well in this position as an Architect. Sound technical knowledge would also help as you will be involved in projects throughout most RIBA stages.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
- Fully qualified Architect with UK recognised qualifications
- Approx. 2-5 years of post qualification experience.
- A background in the Residential sector.
- Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages.
- A flexible and positive approach to working with a team or independently.
A salary of approx. £35,000-£45,000 will be on offer to the successful Architect, although this can be negotiated.
