Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist required to join a busy high-end Interior Design studio near Altrincham, south Manchester.
Conrad Consulting have a brand-new vacancy, one that will really appeal to those that have a passion for all things Residential, especially high-end and super-prime projects with large budgets and complex designs.
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable design studio that straddles the Manchester and Cheshire regions and has a far-reaching client base across the breadth of the UK. Their projects are vast and varied. Thinking a £10m house in rural cheshire, a period-residence in Surrey, a townhouse in central London or a Coastal Villa on the Spanish Coast. Their experienced team of Directors have seen it all, done it all and still have the hunger to grow their team and take on new challenges. There are around 8 designers in total and this number could be increased further in the coming year.
They are looking now to recruit an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist join the team and contribute to the continued success of the company with their technical expertise and knowledge of how to turn creative designs into real-life buildings. This person should have a detailed knowledge of AutoCAD, with REVIT becoming more and more important here too. Sketchup, InDesign and other software skills are welcomed too.
We expect this Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to be degree qualified in an Architectural Technology, Interior Design or a related subject. Ideally we are looking to speak with applicants that have a minimum of 2 years experience, and with a maximum of 8 years experience. This will compliment the existing team nicely.
