Conrad Consulting is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to join a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary practice in Solihull, West Midlands.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
The practice, which has been established for approximately three years, has expanded rapidly to a team of nearly 20 professionals including Architects, Project Managers, Surveyors, and Builders. With plans for further growth, they are now seeking an experienced Architect to join their team.
Specializing in the Residential sector, the company has earned recognition for their work on large-scale newbuild developments, even being featured on television. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, they are looking for an Architect with Residential experience to join them in Solihull.
THE ROLE - ARCHITECT
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Residential sector. You will be part of a team of dedicated individuals working together to expand the practice. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with client-facing experience.
Applicants should have a confident, personable demeanor and sound technical knowledge to contribute to projects at various RIBA stages.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Fully qualified Architect with UK recognized qualifications
- Approximately 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Background in the Residential sector
- Experience in technical drawing and detailing packages
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
The successful Architect can expect a salary range of approximately £40,000-£45,000, negotiable based on experience.
