Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a high-profile design studio in Manchester city centre to secure the services of a Qualified Architect, ideally with a background working on High-Rise Residential and Commercial schemes.
This Award-winning firm of Architects have recently been commissioned to design several large-scale Residential & Commercial projects, therefore someone with experience and knowledge working on similar projects would be the ideal hire to work on, and potentially oversee these.
This practice have been established within Manchesters bustling Architecture scene for over 15 years and have continuously grown and demonstrated the credentials to meet with an increasingly demanding portfolio of high-profile clients.
Having earned the right to call themselves market leaders within Residential design (High-rise Apartments/bespoke, one-off dwellings/Student Accommodation) alongside hotel and commercial schemes, this is a destination practice with ambitious plans for 2024 and the years ahead.
To be considered for this role we would hope you meet the following criteria:
* ARB/RIBA Chartership (Min 1 years experience).
* Proficient using REVIT software.
* Existing experience of Residential & Commercial design concepts.
* Possess excellent design capabilities and portfolio to match.
* Previous experience working with AJ100 studios will be viewed upon favourably.
* Enthusiastic, driven, committed.
Salary: £37,000-£42,000 per annum.
