Exceptional opportunity for a Design-focused Architect to join one of Manchester's Home-grown Architectural brands and work on a fine selection of modern Commercial & Residential projects.
Having set-up the business around 10 years ago, the company really has gone from strength to strength. The Directorship team has a wealth of experience across various sectors and they have made some excellent hires in the past 12 months with a view to continuing the core, design-focused principles of the practice for the years to come.
They have a pipeline bursting with exciting projects due to kick off in 2024. Typically their portfolio encompasses medium/high-rise Residential schemes with the occasional private dwelling mixed in. Their projects are mostly situated in Manchester city centre and across the Greater Manchester region, this bring with it the challenge of managing sensitive locations, Grade 1&2 listed buildings and conservation areas.
Their team of approx 10/12 Architects and Designers is looking to grow with the hire of a Design-focused Architect. This person could have anywhere from 1 years up to 5 years post-qualification experience. There is room for this to grow into a Senior Architect role or even beyond this Associate Director within a relatively short period of time.
We are looking for Architect applicants to have a background working in the Residential sector. Medium/High-rise is preferred but we will also accept applications from those with a more Commercial-sector background. Candidates should be familiar with either AutoCAD, REVIT or Microstation software and training can be provided where required.
Salary - up to £43,000 per annum
