Conrad Consulting are presenting an excellent opportunity for a Job running Architect to join a highly reputable Architectural practice in Shoreditch, working on exciting projects within a variety of commercial and residential sectors.
As a registered Architect the right candidate will have experience working on a range of project types within the commercial and residential sectors, be passionate towards design, sustainability and creating inspirational spaces.
If you have 3 years post qualification as an Architect that can take on all stages of a project from feasibility to production, have been involved in traditional and design including build contracts and also possess a sound knowledge of current building regs and legislation this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess –
- ARB/RIBA registration
- A minimum 3 year post qualification UK experience
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead junior team members
- Strong technical, design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Vectorworks is desirable, other industry standard software proficiency will be considered.
- Knowledge of the planning process, current building regulations and construction methods
On offer for the successful Architect candidate –
- £40,000- £45,000 dependant on experience
