After a tough year dealing with the struggles of COVID-19, we are delighted to be in the position to expand our business with additional members of staff working across all sectors to help us with the recruitment needs of both our clients and candidates.
The market has picked up and the return of business is pretty much back to normal. With the increase in workflow, we have grown our team with 4 additional staff members this year based in Head Office – with the outlook to build our team even larger.

Firstly, introducing Holly Beecroft!
Holly joined in February of this year and has been working with the company supporting the Business Administration and Marketing team. She assists with all areas within the back-office division to ensure a smooth-running operation to a busy, fast-paced environment. Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Jed joined the team in March, working on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) desk resourcing for his team, and now recruiting across Northern-England and Scotland- pairing great candidates with some of the best, highly regarded companies in the UK. Jed has a strong background within sales and customer service, and so understands that building and maintaining a strong relationship is key to providing the best service.
Ross provides recruitment services within the Surveying department, working across the Midlands, South-Coast and West-Coast. Ross has an strong customer service background and is passionate about building and maintaining solid relationships with his clients. His keen eye for growing and maintain strong relationships, recruiting the best talent within the Surveying sector for our clients.
Kader is an experienced recruitment consultant within the built environment niche, joining the Conrad family in June of this year. Kader is equipped with rounded experience of the recruitment process from start to finish- and is an expert within the engineering field. He understands fully what candidates expect when working with a recruiter and providing outstanding service to his clients- large or small.
