Job Description:

They are currently seeking an experienced Structural Revit Technician to join their growing team.

As a Structural Revit Technician, you will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed structural designs using Revit software.

You will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, producing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure the seamless integration of structural elements within the overall project design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed structural designs using Revit software.
  • Create accurate 3D models of structural components and systems.
  • Generate detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the integration of structural elements within the overall project design.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, such as MEP and civil engineering, to resolve conflicts and ensure a seamless design integration.
  • Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Revit software and other relevant tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Revit Technician.
  • Proficient in using Revit software for structural design and modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings and models.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with other design software, such as AutoCAD and Navisworks, is desirable.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in civil or structural engineering is preferred.
