With a consistent stream of projects being undertaken they now require a Senior Architectural Technician with the ability to come on board and really hit the ground running!
We are looking for a highly competent Senior Architectural Technician who can demonstrate a fantastic track record of successfully leading projects and teams through relevant work stages whilst maintaining the ability to confidently liaise with clients.
You will also be required to assist in the training of junior members of the team in order to help develop their careers within the company.
Senior Architectural Technician Requirements:
- A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years continuous experience within UK Architectural practice
- Team management and mentoring experience
- Confident in a client facing capacity
- Ability to demonstrate the standards defined by CIAT
- Demonstrable ability to run projects
- Excellent presentation skills generally with good freehand drawing ability
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Sketch Up
- Knowledgeable of UK planning application process and UK Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will receive a highly competitive salary, up to £45k (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
Flexible working is also on offer, enabling all team members to start between 8am & 10am and finish between 4:40pm and 6:30pm each day, as well as hybrid working (wfh/office).
