An exceptional opportunity has been made available to fill a vacancy at an award winning Architectural Design Studio in Bristol, Joining the practice as a Project Architect to work on Residential, Commercial, Masterplanning and scope to collaborate with other studios on International projects.
The studio has established themselves with multi award winning projects in the Architecture and Design scene throughout the South West region and projects in multiple disciplines Internationally, Situated in the heart of Bristol City Centre this practice offers modern office spaces with a busy and creative working environment boasting continuous support, mentoring and development for the correct Project Architect to become a senior member of their team and develop further into your career.
The successful Project Architect for this role will need to be passionate and enthusiastic towards creative design, have the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively and be able to work well in a team collaborating on a wide scope of projects.
Basic Requirements for Candidates are -
- RIBA part 3 qualification
- ARB/RIBA Chartered (min 3 years post-qualification)
- UK based experience
- Demonstrated experience in concept design, preferably on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in creative software Including Rhino, Sketchup, Grasshopper and Adobe packages.
- Familiarity with Revit software
- Commitment to developing high quality design solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience across variety of sectors (desirable not essential)
In return you will be offered a competitive salary with additional benefits package within the region of £40,000-£45,000 dependent upon experience.
