This firm operate upon a diverse portfolio of projects which includes one-off houses, public buildings, schools, and university buildings - all with a focus on reducing energy consumption and promoting healthy environments.
With the company in a great position to develop the business, there is a pressing need for a number of gifted Architectural professionals to become an important part of this growth and this includes a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect!
Project Architect Requirements:
- RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UK based practice
- Excellent design and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects across all RIBA Stages
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, NBS and design software
- ArchiCAD proficiency would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of UK planning process and building regulations
The successful Project Architect can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package - likely to be in the range of £40k-£47k.
