A leading independent civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. With a number of big project wins under their belt, they are looking to grow their building surveying department and bring on board a talented and experienced surveyor.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting a range of building surveys, inspections, and assessments, as well as providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of building construction and maintenance. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality, professional services that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with a proven track record in building surveying, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
