Conrad Consulting is excited to partner with a prestigious Architectural practice in West Sussex, as we seek a talented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. Our client specialises in delivering exceptional projects across various sectors, including Education, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven Architectural Technologist to work on prominent projects and gain valuable exposure.
We are in search of a motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist to contribute to a fully collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for producing high-quality working drawings, ensuring compliance with the latest UK Building regulations. The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in the UK Architectural industry.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience or relevant degree qualification
- Extensive knowledge of current UK planning policies, Building Regulations, materials, and construction techniques
- Demonstrated experience across all RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM is essential
- Ability to use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong communication skills to effectively present information to stakeholders
- Passion for design and a keen interest in advancements within the Architecture industry
A competitive salary is on offer, expected to range between £35-£45k (fully dependent on experience), alongside comprehensive support for professional growth.
