This firm operate upon a diverse portfolio of projects which includes one-off houses, public buildings, schools, and university buildings - all with a focus on reducing energy consumption and promoting healthy environments.
With the company in a great position to develop the business, there is a pressing need for a number of gifted Architectural professionals to become an important part of this growth and this includes a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technologist!
Architectural Technologist Requirements:
- Architectural Technologist Degree or similar relevant qualification
- MCIAT accreditation is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a UK Architecture industry
- Excellent design and technical ability across new and existing buildings
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, NBS and AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- ArchiCAD proficiency would be highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of UK planning process and Building Regulations
The successful Architectural Technologist can expect to receive a competitive salary and benefits package - likely to be in the range of £32k-£40k – potentially more for the right candidate.
