Conrad Consulting have partnered with an Award-winning Architectural practice in Bristol offering a fantastic opportunity to join a busy practice within the Conservational and Heritage focused sector.
*We are looking for the Architect to join this company on an initially 6-month fixed-term basis, paid on an hourly or day-rate basis*
We are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience that is ready to take the next steps in their career.

In order to be considered for this role, the Architect must meet the following criteria –
- ARB, RIBA registered with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Experienced in complex refurbishment projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe software
- Technical and Site experience in RIBA stages 3-5
- Proven leadership and management skills to help further develop teams
- Knowledge of BIM level 2 and Affinity presentation software
