A highly reputable RIBA chartered Architecture practice based in Hertford seeks an adept Architect with Revit proficiency and healthcare sector experience to join their successful business.
Having formed over 50 years ago, this well-established architectural practice have become leaders in delivering Healthcare & Education projects to a host of clients across the country. As they continue to go from strength to strength they require a creative and experienced Architect to join their growing team of talented design professionals.
This fantastic opportunity can provide you with the chance to put your skills to the test on an array of exciting multi-million pound design projects in the NHS and private sector – all of which are produced with the client’s unique needs, challenges and ambitions placed firmly at the forefront of all design undertaken.
The practice stays ahead of its competition by adopting the latest in design technology and as such BIM is integral to their approach from design and planning, through to project completion and beyond. They have used Revit software for numerous years now and so we are really looking for an Architect who has full proficiency with Revit and experience working at BIM Level 2.
The ideal Architect will be able to demonstrate outstanding design ability on prominent Healthcare and Education schemes of significant scale. You would be expected to hit the ground running if appointed and so you should have the confidence to jump straight into to current projects as well as possess exceptional communication skills in order to clearly convey information with all stakeholders of a project.
Architect Essential Requirements:
- RIBA Chartered / ARB Registered
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification UK experience
- Outstanding design ability with a flair for conceptual design
- Have good knowledge of the UK planning application process and UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency with Revit & BIM Level 2
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
As the successful Architect you will receive a highly competitive salary, dependant on experience, likely to be in the region of £35-£45k plus benefits.
