Recruitment Consultant

Construction - Scotland

I joined Conrad in August 2018 to recruit within the construction market across Scotland. This is my first venture within the recruitment industry and I am relishing the opportunity to develop my career with Conrad. The appeal of joining such a progressive brand such as Conrad, was the ethos that we offer much more than simply filling vacancies and finding jobs, we aim to be the go-to recruiter within the technical industries and provide a truly transparent and trustworthy service to clients and candidates alike.

Prior to joining Conrad I worked as a Client Account Manager across the Management Consulting, Financial Services and Recycling Commodities sectors. Throughout my time as an Account Manager I became highly skilled in; communication, negotiation, relationship building and business development to name but a few. I am an experienced professional who is performance driven and pride myself on my ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and ultimately contribute to an organisations success and this is my aim at Conrad.

Working within Construction, my main aim is to develop a strong working knowledge of the market and grow my professional network to become one of the top recruiters within my field.

Outside of work I love spending time with my two year old daughter and fiancé and I also enjoy cooking and travelling to new places. I am a keen follower of football and also enjoy attempting to play golf.
