An established architectural firm in Hampshire is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding technical teams. This is an exciting opportunity for technicians passionate about producing high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.

If you are a Senior Architectural Technician with around 5 years UK experience working within the residential sector that would love to work on significant mixed use and residential for highly reputable housing developers, this could be the opportunity for you.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician candidate will be responsible for interpreting client briefs and producing working drawings and technical documents while adhering to the latest legislation.

Also the Senior Architectural Technician will assist in delegating projects to technicians, oversee timescales, ensure quality control, and maintain communication with clients and external stakeholders.

Basic Requirements for Candidates are:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge with Revit is desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & NDSS regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Desire for career progression and commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Full UK Driver Licence.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience as well as incredible company benefits and a clear progressive career path.
