I recently joined Conrad Consulting in April 2024, I will be sourcing and recruiting candidates in the South region within the Architectural Sector. Being brand new into the recruitment industry I bring enthusiasm and a hard-working can-do attitude towards the role.
My Career has seen me spending 15 years within the Plumbing and Heating Industry both in domestic and commercial settings spanning across the Northwest of England with a 5 year stint working in the capital. I’ve been lucky enough to work in some of the Capitals landmark buildings on projects for some of the countries Rich and Famous Clientele from Boxing Gyms on the 42nd floor of Bishopsgates highrises to Michelin star restaurants in the Shard whether it be designer bathrooms to commercial kitchens, my time working within industry has given me a great respect, good understanding and great working relationships within the Architectural and Mechanical Engineering sector.
Joining Conrad will be my first role working within the recruitment industry, from initial meeting with the team in the Leeds Office their professionalism and personable nature has made them approachable and a pleasure to work with, which you can see is extended to their clients and candidates. I am looking forward to creating and maintaining relationships with my own clients and candidates whilst keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the market, to ensure I am delivering a tailored professional service. Paired with my attention to detail and hard work ethic I’m sure this will help me cement my position within the team.
Whilst not working I am a sponsored Carp Angler and enjoy spending my spare time either on the bank in my Bivvy or writing articles for a popular carp anglers blog. If I do find myself not dressed in camouflage or olive-green clothing which is on the very rare occasion I kickbox out of my local gym or lose my voice shouting for the mighty clarets down at Turf Moor
