Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£18,000 - £22,000 per annum + monthly commission + annual bonus (Permanent)

Conrad Consulting is a highly regarded recruitment business within the Engineering and Construction sector. We are now looking for an exceptionally motivated individual to enrol in our Trainee Recruitment Consultant scheme.
We have several offices across the UK including Edinburgh, London, Leeds and Manchester.

If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you. You could be a graduate, school leaver or working in a customer service/sales job. We don’t mind – if you have the motivation to succeed we can give you the knowledge and tools required to start a successful career in recruitment.
Your daily routine would be hugely varied but the core duties would include:
• Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
• Advertising and handling the response
• Meeting with candidates to check suitability
• Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
• Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
• Attending networking events
As part of our Trainee scheme you will be given comprehensive training on all elements of the role.

• Starting salary of £18,000 to £22,000 + monthly commission + annual bonus.
You can expect to earn around £30,000 in year one and £30,000-£40,000 year two, which will continue to increase with experience.
Future progression and promotion prospects are attractive, which will allow you to move towards a Team Manager position.
