Structural Revit Technician

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits (Permanent)

I'm pleased to be working with Glasgow's leading design studio once again, as they look to recruit a Structural Revit Technician to their team.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Structural Technician with a strong working knowledge of Revit, who would be keen to work alongside an experienced BIM Manager and improve on your existing skills.

The projects on offer vary but current workload includes:

* Boutique health club - £15M
* Commercial office development - £75M
* Premium brand hotel - £40M
* Sports Centre - £20M
* Student Accommodation - £15M to £25M
* Several bespoke, architecturally focused builds < £5M

ABOUT YOU

* Highly proficient with AutoCAD
* Reasonable depth of knowledge using Revit
* UK building structures experience is essential
* Structural detailing experience would be advantageous but not essential

ON OFFER

£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus + benefits package which includes 5% pension, healthcare and a range of flexible benefits.
