Due to continued growth and success in the market, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to successfully deliver a number a new build housing development outside of Aberdeen.
About the role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for and deliver, all daily operational activity on site and use your technical know-how and management/project leading skills to help boost performance and ensure that projects are operating efficiently, productively and adhering to all Health and Safety regulations.
You will also have responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of project information and all relevant site paperwork.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will where necessary delegate work to the Assistant Site Manager and together as a collective, work with direct employees and sub-contractors to ensure high quality project delivery.
Ensure completed units are handed over to customers and aftercare and snagging issues are rectified.
My client is looking for someone with extensive experience as a Site Manager and you will have experience of successfully delivering timber kit developments or builds.
You will also have the following
* Excellent technical knowledge of housing developments (private or social)
* Ability to effectively manage a multi trade workforce
* Can manage costs against budget
* Proven ability of making sure projects are resourced adequately (labour, plant and materials)
You must also possess valid and up to date SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and full driver's license.
