Position: Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
* Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a cohesive team environment.
* Collaborate closely with the project management team to coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines.
* Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately, providing guidance to ensure construction meets design intent.
* Manage subcontractors, monitor their performance, and maintain strong working relationships.
* Implement health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in a Site Engineer role within the construction industry.
* Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using relevant software.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
* Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and their implementation.
