£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus commission & regular staff incentives (Permanent)

Are you seeking a regularly incentivised, rewarding and low-risk opportunity to join a front-running built environment recruitment brand in London? Conrad have a warm-desk opportunity for an experienced consultant to work alongside Director and renowned civil and structural engineering recruiter Graham Ventham.
In this prime opportunity to manage and work with key Civil and Structural clients in London, you will be working within already established PSLs within leading global consultancies, as well as supporting the growth for smaller-medium sized practices, by sourcing and screening suitable candidates, as well as offering consultative advice to clients with growth plans.

You will be privy to regular incentives, including annual overseas top-biller/whole company trips, such as Miami, Marbella, Barcelona, Munich - and our next target to achieve is for a whole company trip to Las Vegas in 2019.
Our national team of consultants regularly visit our different locations and all come together annually for a Conrad Company Conference. Our inter-office events are foremost social and reflect the modern, prestigious and well-connected feel of Conrad whilst gaining insights about Conrad and upcoming plans.

Consultants can take advantage of the significant earning potential on offer. Our market-leading commission structure, starting at 10% and incrementally increases up to 25% of billing over £25,000, uncapped. Progression targets are clearly defined, achievable and uncapped.
