Senior Architectural Recruitment Consultant

£40,000 - £45,000 per Annum + Generous commission & bonus package (Permanent)

Conrad Consulting are strengthening our teams nationwide and are on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who holds at least 1 years’ experience and understands the recruitment process to join our London office.

We are looking for a consultant who will recruit within the permanent Architecture sector for high-skilled Architectural positions such as Architectural Technologists and Technicians, Project Architects, Architectural Assistants, Associate & Director-level Architectural professionals and more.

That being said, we are also open to considering Recruiters who have experience working in alternative built environment sectors with a network in London and the surrounding areas or hold sector-relevant qualifications.

As a permanent Architectural recruiter at Conrad Consulting, you can expect to achieve a basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum and will be able to achieve OTE of over £65,000 within your first year, with our market leading commission structure – please take a look below:

0% (£0 – 5,499)
10% (£5,500 – 10,999)
15% (£11,000 – 13,499)
17.5% (£13,500 – 17,499)
20% (£17,500 - £24,999)
25% (£25,000+)
%of commission payable, based on monthly sales margin

For example if you billed £20,500 in any month, you will be eligible for a commission payment of £4,100 on top of your basic salary!

- Interior Design
- Building Services
- Construction, inc. Trades & Labour
- Civil & Structural
- MEP Design & Sustainability
- Surveying & Project Management
- Traffic & Transportation

We aim to offer a complete and efficient, one-stop service to our clients and therefore experience recruiting within our sectors will be looked upon favourably, however our dedicated team of consultants will be able to offer sector training to those well tooled with an understanding of the recruitment procedure in other sectors.

You will automatically be enrolled onto our company pension scheme (and will have the opportunity to take part in regular social activities and staff incentives including overseas trips.)
