Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £68k + Excellent Benefits Package

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering construction projects? Do you thrive in leadership roles, enjoy building strong client relationships, and want to work with a company that values quality, innovation, and sustainability?

I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on transformative projects in urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential, placemaking) and/or healthcare sectors, delivering high-impact outcomes from start to finish.

What’s in It for You as the Project Manager?

  • A Diverse Portfolio: Lead and deliver exciting projects across a variety of industries, including mixed-use developments and healthcare facilities.
  • Career Growth: A clear pathway to professional development, with support for industry accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM).
  • Flexible Working: A hybrid model that works for you and your family.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including 25 days’ annual leave (plus options to buy or sell), medical insurance, life assurance, private GP access, gym discounts, and more.

Your Role as the Project Manager:

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead Projects: Manage all stages, from pre-construction to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate Teams: Oversee professional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering results.
  • Drive Excellence: Prepare detailed reports and ensure high standards of project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

I am keen to hear from professionals who bring:

  • Proven Experience: Construction project management expertise, including leading teams and managing clients.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential) or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a construction-related subject is advantageous, but all backgrounds will be considered. Progress toward professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) is a bonus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in delivering presentations.

If this sounds like the next step in your career, please apply or contact Charlie Voss on 0113 416 6285 or 07506 129146.
