The client: An established and large property and construction practice with 7 offices across the UK, working across multiple disciplines to deliver high quality results to clients across multiple sectors

The role: To provide and assist with Project Management services, including technical advice and pre and post contract services.

- Provide technical advice on projects

- Promot high standards of design and sustainable construction

- Monitor all aspects of projects to ensure they comply to legal, financial and technical criteria.

- Maintain contacts withins development and construction industry, staying up to date with trends and policy changes

Requirements

- MRICS or equivalent

- Bachelors degree in Relevant sector

- NEC Experience on public sector projects

- Contract Administration and Employers Agent experience
