Senior Cost Manager / Employers Agent

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum + benefits (Permanent)

City of London

Our Client: Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Residential, Mixed Used and Housing

Company Headcount: 2000 - 2500

Role of the Senior Cost Manager / Employers Agent:

* Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties
* Provision of pre contract feasibility and viability advice
* Provide high quality cost advice on complex, urban, residential led regeneration developments
* Build client relationships and harness opportunities for cross selling our full spectrum of services & locations
* Managing interfaces with design and construction teams
* Guidance, care and mentoring of supporting staff, upskilling others and providing career growth opportunity
* Drive high levels of client satisfaction
* Delivery projects to satisfaction of our clients on programme within the agreed cost and quality parameters

Requirements of the Senior Cost Manager / Employers Agent:

* Proven track record to manage projects for or on behalf of local and/or national clients
* MRICS / MCIOB qualified
* Assist in business development and/or account management activities
* Participate in marketing and thought leadership campaigns
