As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality surveying services. You’ll manage a diverse range of projects, from building inspections to contract administration, ensuring excellence and compliance throughout.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Conduct comprehensive building assessments

- Oversee and mentor junior surveyors
- Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards
Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- RICS accredited with substantial experience in building surveying
- Proven client management abilities

- A basic salary ranging between £50,000 - £55,000
