Senior Architectural Technologist

£37,000 - £420,000 per annum (Permanent)

Recent multiple award winning Architectural Practice celebrated for delivering projects within the Residential, Healthcare & Commercial sectors require an experienced job running Senior Architectural Technologist to supplement their medium sized team of 25 in order to successfully design and deliver various new build projects within their healthcare division.

The successful Architectural Technologist will be joining the Leeds studio of this established brand and will work alongside the various sector leads which head up their respective teams, the position is not exclusive to one specific team but will initially be focussed on the delivery of Healthcare projects. You will be working predominantly at the technical delivery phases of the project , specifically RIBA stages 04-07 for projects up to the value of circa £20m, a mixture of new build healthcare and refurbishments for NHS and private health trust predominantly.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be required to have a proficient working knowledge of REVIT software ideally and all round excellent technical skills, you will recognise and understand how buildings are constructed and have extensive previous job running and site experience.

Ideally the Architectural Technologist will have the following track record-

* Degree qualified Architectural Technologist minimum 5-10 years post qualification experience.
* Technical proficiency in REVIT and previous experience of delivery projects to BIM Level 2 standard.
* Some previous Healthcare experience within your historical portfolio.
* Keen to learn and develop under the mentorship of a sector lead / Associate
* MCIAT or working towards chartership.
* Excellent all round construction knowledge and a true understanding of how buildings are constructed.

Currently remote working, our client have implement the necessary safety measures to ensure their studio is COVID workplace safe, they are planning on a phased return to the business during July & August.

Salary depending on experience £37,000 - £42,000 + 25 days holiday, private healthcare, pension.
