Architect (Heritage & Conservation)

£37,000 - £45,000 per annum (Permanent)

Conrad Consulting proud to present a unique opportunity for a Qualified Architect with a particular passion for Conservation, Heritage and Listed building schemes.

This industry-leading Architectural practice have long been established throughout the UK by providing a tailored, local service on a national scale. Their existing portfolio is incredibly diverse and varied; including Housing, Schools, Universities and numerous others. These projects will typically be regenerations and refurbishments and with a particular consideration for their cultural and environmental impact.

This position would be best suited to a Degree qualified Architect with a particular interest and passion for Conservation and Heritage Architecture; ideally with previous experience working on listed buildings and projects of a similar nature.

The role is to be based from this company's Manchester City Centre office, with excellent links to public transport connections and in the centre of Manchester's thriving Architectural scene.

In order to be considered for this unique opportunity we would hope you meet most, if not all of the following criteria:

·Degree Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA).
·Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (negotiable if other criteria are met).
·Conservation Architecture Accreditation (AABC, RIBA) or be working towards this.
·Previous experience working to BIM level 2 standard.
·Knowledge / experience using REVIT software.
·To be Commercially aware by taking into account timings and budgets.
·Have an excellent portfolio of completed projects.

This position will see you placed at the forefront of one of the UK's most revered Architectural practices. You will be working on a project that will influence the Manchester skyline for years to come.

Salary - up to £45,000 per annum
