Senior Architect - Work Winner
£42,000 - £50,000 per annum (Permanent)
Conrad Consulting are currently presenting the unique opportunity for an established and experienced Senior Architect or Associate Architect to join a busy Architectural practice in a modern, central Leeds studio.
This company have offices located throughout the UK to accommodate an expansive and diverse range of clients and projects across the country. Traditionally their portfolio encompasses projects within the Commercial, Office and Residential sectors. They have also invested heavily in growing their presence in other sectors such as Higher Education, Retail & Leisure amongst others.
The ideal candidate will be working at Senior Architect or Associate Architect level within an established Architectural studio with proven ability in bidding-for and winning work. This role will include networking and operating alongside fellow Senior staff in Leeds and colleagues across the regional offices, therefore interpersonal skills are paramount. It is also important for candidates to have an existing network of contacts throughout the Yorkshire and northern regions and be comfortable in a business development role as required.
Ideally the Senior Architect will meet the following criteria:
·ARB/RIBA Qualification. Minimum 8 Years post qualification experience.
·Extensive Client and Project experience in the north of England.
·To be a proven job-winner, have a portfolio of potential clients / relationships.
·Comfortable in a networking environment.
·An existing portfolio comprising Commercial and Residential projects.
·Able to work collaboratively and to delegate responsibilities accordingly.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Proficient using AutoCAD (REVIT Training can be offered).
Roles/Responsibilities of the Senior Architect will include:
·Managing an existing client base and developing new clients across the Yorkshire region.
·Assisting in the day-to-day management of the Leeds office.
·Designing high quality architecture.
·Mentoring colleagues and assisting in their development.
·Working collaboratively with other regional offices, attending meetings, etc.
A competitive salary is on offer between £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (Dependent on experience level).
