Sales Valuer Edinburgh My client based in Edinburgh are currently recruiting for an experienced Valuer/ Negotiator to join their well known Sales and Lettings Estate Agency team. This is a role that requires someone who already has a background in Estate Agency and can hit the ground running. You will be required to work hard, be driven, motivated with a real passion to succeed. You must be highly organised, computer literate and able to manage your own time effectively.Reporting to the Head of Estate Agency/Branch Sales you will provide an excellent client experience for marketing and selling property with them.Main Responsibilities: ·Producing a volume of property valuations reports whilst ensuring timescales and targets are met·Carrying out additional market research on behalf of clients·Researching comparable properties and analysis of market data·Generate new business for the Sales team to contribute and make sure that targets are met on a monthly/annual basis·Property viewings·Sales negotiationsRequirements: ·Ideally must have at least 5 years of experience of working within a property sales agency as a Negotiator or Valuer. ·Local knowledge is essential ·Provide a high level of customer service ·Smart and well presented·Great telephone sales skills ·Driver with a full UK license ·Membership of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) is preferred and previous dealings using an Estate Agency software would also be preferred.·A pro-active approach, ability to work as part of a team are essential Salary: In return, my client is offering a basic salary of £26,000- £28,000 (Depending on experience), with competitive commission structure, plus other company benefits and progression opportunities.
